Registrants
BSF has arranged a special convention rate of $151 per night (tax included) for registered attendees. Use the provided booking link below to reserve your room directly with The Florida Hotel and access this discounted rate, which also waives the standard nightly resort fee.
This offer is available through May 7. Keep in mind that third‑party booking sites do not waive the resort fee; at the time of this update, prices on Kayak and Expedia were over $220 per night, meaning the BSF rate saves you about $69 per night.
Volunteers and Exhibitors
Convention volunteers and exhibitors at this 501(c)(3) event receive tax‑free rooms with no resort fees, bringing the total cost to $134 per night—a savings of $86 per night.
Exhibitors automatically qualify for the BSF Convention room rate. Volunteers qualify by contributing 2 hours of volunteer service per reservation night. Both exhibitors and volunteers can book their rooms directly through the BSF link below.
