Registrants
BSF has secured a special room rate of $151 per night (including taxes) for convention registrants. Book directly with the Florida Hotel using this link to get that convention rate, which includes a negotiated discount and avoids the typical nightly resort fee. This offer is available until May 7th. Note other booking sites will not waive this fee (at the time of this website update both Kayak and Expedia prices were over $220 saving $69 per night).
Volunteers
Convention volunteers at this 501c3 event get tax-free rooms with no resort fees for a total cost of $134 per night. This provides a total savings of $86 per night. To qualify, volunteer for 2 hours per reservation night and book your room through BSF. The convention committee will reserve rooms based on your preferences. Sign up on the volunteer page, then proceed to the shopping page to purchase the room nights you need. You will pay at the time of volunteer enrollment.
