    The convention concludes with an elegant Banquet, which highlights the notable accomplishments and key events of the convention. During the banquet, the BSF president, convention chair, and exhibit chair share their reflections on the convention while presenting their visions for the upcoming year. Attendees will enjoy a reserved dinner seat and access to a cash bar. This year we are featuring a Floridian Buffet with various entree selections.

    Note full registrants can request 1 banquet ticket per registration (if you need additional seats, they can be ordered here.)

    Please note: this price is cost to BSF, the convention committee purposely makes no profit on the banquet.

    Exhibitor and Volunteer Hotel Booking

    For volunteers and exhibitors only!  Save on both taxes and resort fees.  $134 per night.

    If you need to book a room, and are not an exhibitor or volunteer, we suggest you book Florida Hotel through this specially negotiated BSF rate.  Venue/Accommodations

    Exhibitors and volunteers may reserve rooms at the Florida Hotel and will receive a waiver for taxes and resort fees. Exhibitors may book as many nights as they need. Volunteers may book one night for every two consecutive hours they volunteer. BSF will reserve rooms based on your stated preferences and will confirm your booking as the convention approaches.
