Convention Refund and Cancellation Policy

This applies to paid for events during the convention including Workshops, Critiques, and BSF booked rooms as described by the table below.

“Convention Start“ identifies the date of the first day of the Convention (usually the first Friday on the Convention weekend).

Method

To qualify for a refund, the payee must notify BSF Convention organizers in writing.

· Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period following the receipt of the withdrawal notice.
