The Bonsai Society of Miami is hosting its 21st Annual Bonsai Exhibition and Sale on October 13 & 14
Featuring Suthin Sukosolvisit
Saturday, October 13, Suthin Sukosolvisit will be performing a demonstration. The Florida Bonsai Community is familiar with Suthin and well aware of the magic he can perform on seemingly insignificant material. Well, we won’t be giving him mediocre material at this show. Come see what he does with some great trees to work on!
Also, in addition to our exhibition, great demonstrations running all day, both days, and our fantastic array of vendors, we will be offering two workshops that are sure to be a bargain for the first to get their reservations in.
Saturday, October 13, we will be having a workshop on Shimpaku Junipers with Randy Brooks.
Sunday, October 14, the workshop will be on Chinese Elms with Ed Trout.
Both workshops will be priced at $100, and that includes the tree! You’ll work with either Ed or Randy for approximately four hours, and are sure to walk out with a great new addition to your collection. The workshops will be limited to 10 participants so get your reservations in fast. You can send your request to Bob Hulnick. His email is email@example.com. Send your workshop choice, along with check payable to the Bonsai Society of Miami to:
13400 SW 81st Street
Miami, Florida 33183
One other note, if you would like to display your trees at the Miami Show, and we’d love to have them, you can contact Randy Brooks at firstname.lastname@example.org. You would need to have your trees at Fairchild Botanical Garden on either Thursday night up till about 9:00 pm, or on Friday until about noon. They will have to remain on display until the end of the show on Sunday at 4:30 pm.
