Thursday May 25

• All Day Vendor & Exhibit set up & Photographing of Bonsai
• 9 AM-5 PM ABS / Joshua Roth New Talent Contest & BSF
Scholarship Contest ..come and watch
• 1- 5 PM ABS Board Meeting
• Dinner on your own
• 7 PM Welcome event. An evening of bonsai fun and celebration of
50 years of ABS (cash bar)

Friday May 26: A Day of Teaching Demonstrations

• 8 AM – 5 PM Vendors Open
• 9 to Noon-Florida artists, Mike Rogers, Hiram Macias and Michael
Lebanik will be doing demonstrations on both tropical and temperate
trees.
• Noon – 2 PM Lunch on your own
• 2 to 5 PM-Florida artists, Randy Clark, Stacy Muse and Michael
Lebanik will be doing more demonstrations on both tropical and
temperate trees.
• Dinner on your own
• 7 PM Following the Grand Opening of the ABS/BSF Exhibit there will
be a night of fun and lots of action. (cash bar)
• In addition to a silent auction, there will be 8 paired demonstrations
going on in the same room from 8:30 to 11 PM!! The demonstrations
involve the following artists: David Knittle and Mike Rogers, Randy
Clark and Stacy Muse, Ed Trout and Michael Lebanik, Jim Doyle and
Yamil Collazo, Juan Andrade and Mary Madison, David Hodgetts and
Frank Mihalic, Boonyarat Manakitivipart and Jason Osborne, Budi
Sulistyo and Hiram Macias.

Saturday May 27 First class day

• 10 AM – 4 PM Exhibit Open
• 8 AM – 5 PM Vendors Open
• 9 AM – Noon Morning Seminar Class Sessions
• Noon – 2 PM Lunch on your own
• 1:00 PM BSF Annual Meeting
• 2 – 5 PM Afternoon Seminar Class Sessions
• 5:30 PM Dinner (included with registration) (cash bar)
• 7 – 10 PM Club Night Challenge Demonstrations
• 10 – 11 PM Judging and Auction

Sunday May 28 Second Class Day

• 10 AM – 3 PM Exhibit Open
• 8 AM – 5 PM Vendors Open
• 9 AM – Noon Morning Seminar Class Sessions
• Noon – 2 PM Lunch on your own
• 2 PM – 5 PM Afternoon Seminar Class Sessions
• 6 PM cash bar
• 6:30 PM Dinner (included with registration)
• Awards and auctions after dinner

• Tear Down. Removal of bonsai from exhibit by 10 AM
